JUCD has listened to feedback that reported health issues and concerns that impacted everyday life and has revamped the timetable to include new workshops, webinars, courses, clubs, activities, and dedicated colleague-support cafés
The new timetable provides support for healthy lifestyles, psychological health, and musculoskeletal health conditions. Some sessions are virtual and others take place at different locations around the county.
Here is just a very small example of the types of activities available:
- men's mental health
- neurodiverse cafe
- couch to 5k
- back health
- menopause support
- seated fitness
- doodle club
