Our annual employee survey launches today

28 February 2022

Our annual employee survey launches today and we are keen to hear your views. The more people that participate in our survey, the better we are able to understand how people are feeling at work and also identify the key areas we should be focusing on as an organisation. 32% of people at the council responded to our last employee survey, this year we’d like to hear from even more of you!

By the end of today, everyone who has a Derbyshire email address should have received an email with their unique personalised link to complete the survey. Remember that this link is unique to you so please don’t forward to colleagues. If you haven’t received it, please check your junk folder and ‘other’ folder (not ‘focused’ view) in Outlook in the first instance. If you still haven’t got the email, you can also complete the survey on our website.

Paper versions of the survey have been posted to the home address to those people who don’t use a Derbyshire email account for their role. Each paper survey has a return addressed envelope included and colleagues can either complete the survey in their work time or complete it at home, if they prefer.

It shouldn’t take any longer than 5 minutes to complete and all views are important to us. Responses are anonymous and will be treated as confidential. Any questions or concerns, please get in touch with us at employee.engagement@derbyshire.gov.uk.

Please encourage your teams to take part and remind them of the closing date for all surveys to be returned by – 27 March. And don’t forget to do your own!
