This is your opportunity to help recognise colleagues who have gone above and beyond to support each other and the people of Derbyshire, so please take the time to complete a nomination form for anyone you feel deserves to be rewarded.
Last year's event was a great success and we received more than 200 excellent nominations that really demonstrated the breadth of the work we do and the incredible commitment of our colleagues.
There are 8 categories this year which includes a new Innovation Award to celebrate individuals or teams that have delivered innovation or transformation in collaboration with others.
The categories provide opportunities for individuals and teams across the whole organisation to be nominated for all their hard work.
The categories are:
- Rising Star Award
- Employee of the Year Award
- Inspiring Leader Award
- Lifetime Achievement Award – one winner from each department
- Innovation Award (new for this year)
- Serving Our Communities Award
- High Performing team Award
- The Managing Director's Award

Each nomination will be carefully considered by our shortlisting panel who will select the finalists for each category. Our Managing Director, Emma Alexander, and our executive directors will then select the winners.
