Our Derbyshire Rewards introducing multi-factor authentication

Our Derbyshire Rewards is enhancing security with the introduction of Multi-factor authentication (MFA) from 31 March.
When you log in from this date you will be prompted to go through a simple process to set up MFA. You can choose your preferred method of verification – either by text message or an authenticator app (Google, Microsoft or Authy).
If you are an existing registered user of Our Derbyshire Rewards, please also look out for the video with more info when you log in from 31 March 2026.
