WorkBuzz’s expertise will help us gain deeper insights, respond more effectively to feedback and improve visibility of the actions being taken as a result.
You’ll find a new look and feel to the survey, along with some familiar and new questions.

If you have a Derbyshire County Council or personal email address recorded in SAP, you should have received an invitation email from Workbuzz, with a link to the survey.
If you don’t have an email address in SAP, or you do not regularly access emails, you can use the generic link to access the survey. You will need to enter your ‘kiosk code’ which will be:
- your date of birth: ddmmyy
- the first letter of your first name
- the first two letters of your surname (eg: Jane Smith born 1 January 1985 would be: 010185JSM)
The more colleagues who take part, the better we can understand what's working well and where we need to improve. Your feedback will help shape future decisions and improvements across the council.
