We’re excited to share with you some more details about what we’re planning to achieve in the coming months. Throughout the life of the project, you’ll see a number of key improvements that will make working with finance easier and more efficient:
- a new finance information hub – your go-to place for guidance, resources, and support on all things finance.
- a new finance support portal – request help or actions from the finance team quickly and easily, with improved tracking and response.
- a new budget monitoring report – clearer reporting accessible when you need it, to help you understand and manage your budgets.
- empowered budget managers – we’ll be giving you the tools, training and support to take control of your own budgets and forecasting, helping you make informed decisions with confidence.
This project is all about empowering staff, providing effective, quality training, streamlining support and improving finance’s overall service delivery. So whether you’re a budget manager or someone who works closely with finance, these changes are designed with you in mind.
We’ll be sharing updates throughout the project, including opportunities to get involved, test new tools, and provide feedback whenever possible.
