Our mental health first aiders are here to help over the Christmas period

17 December 2021

Christmas can be a very difficult time of the year for many people. Especially with many still working from home, this can be an anxious time.

Whether you are feeling alone, anxious, going through domestic issues, Covid anxieties, working from home or something else, our mental health first aiders are on hand now and over the Christmas period. They are there to listen, without judgement, to any difficulties you are going through. They also have information on local support services you could find useful.

To contact a MHFA please contact Luke Oldham on MHFA.referral@derbyshire.gov.uk.

There is also our employee assistance programme which offers free emotional and practical support.

And the Derbyshire Mental Health Helpline and Support Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for telephone support.
