The 3 customer services teams will be aligned to each department. The new structure will help us build better relationships and improve workflow for managers. It will also enable us to gain more in-depth knowledge about our customers.
A pensions team has been created to provide a single team delivery of pension information into the Derbyshire Pension Fund, improving workflow and relationships.
Four new mailboxes will be live from 1 April 2024:
The customer services team leaders effective from Tuesday 2 April will be:
- Josh Handley – CST and Place
- Caroline Atkin – Children's Services
- Katherine Grundy – Adult Social Care and Health
The 2 specialist team leaders will be:
- Dawn Ward – Pensions
- Claire Oxtoby – Payroll Processing
Please ensure that these mailboxes are used from Tuesday 2 April 2024.
The existing pay mailbox will cease so it is important to direct queries or pay information to these new mailboxes so that work can be dealt with quickly and promptly.
