Performance development review focus groups

We launched the new Performance Development Review (PDR) approach in April 2023 and we want your feedback to find ways to continually improve it.

We have now organised focus groups and would like to have colleagues support these sessions.

If you'd like to take part, please register to join one of the following sessions:

• non-line manager PDR offline users on 14 November from 1pm to 2pm
• non-line manager PDR offline users on 2 November from 1.30pm to 2.30pm

We will also soon be launching a short questionnaire to get your feedback about the new PDR approach.
