As we approach the end of this financial year, it's time to schedule end of year PDR meetings between you and your line manager.


Key dates:

  • 31 March 2025: PDR 2024 end of year review meetings complete
  • 30 April 2025: PDR 2025 start of year meetings complete for leaders
  • 30 May 2025: PDR 2025 start of year meetings complete for all employees

As we approach the end of this financial year, it's time to schedule end of year PDR meetings between you and your line manager.

This is an opportunity to:

  • reflect on your performance over the past 12 months
  • review and receive feedback, aligned to your objectives and goals, noting that goals can change throughout the year, and this should be reflected and updated
  • review how you have used the competencies to deliver on your goals (grade 14+ and grade 13 and below in a line management role)
  • discuss development plans, what has been achieved, what were the obstacles and the learning from the year and progress made, for example on an apprenticeship or application of learning gained from the Inspiring Leaders programme

Value this time and remember, this is a great opportunity to recognise your achievements!
