You should now have completed your PDR meetings for 2023 to 2024 and be preparing for and scheduling 2024 PDR meetings.
Please remember:
- to schedule your new performance development review (PDR) 2024 review meetings by 31 May 2024
- the PDR app for grade 14+ leaders for 2024 to 2025 is now live to enable you to enter new goals - these new goals must be entered onto the app by the individual and not the line manager
- the PDR template for line managers grade 13 and below is now available to download
- the PDR template for non-line manager PDR users is also now available to download
