Please help with research into the future of local government workforce

Our Network (CNN) which represents county and unitary authorities is working with PwC on a major piece of research into the future of the local government workforce.

With local government facing well documented workforce challenges, this research will explore these and identify potential solutions to determine what will be required of the local government workforce in the future and how to attract and retain people, including the next generation, into local government.

Part of this research is a national survey which we are encouraging all colleagues to complete.
