If you made a business journey in August or September 2020, please help us to develop future travel plans by submitting your mileage claim by 13 November 2020.
In accordance with the travel claim policy, mileage claims should be submitted at the end of each calendar month and no later than three months after making the journey, so this is an entirely voluntary request. If you choose to submit your claim in accordance with the usual three-month deadline, you are assured that the claim will still be processed in accordance with the normal time frame.
We’re asking colleagues who are still making business journeys to submit their claims and get them approved by their manager early so we can better understand the type of journeys currently being made. We need as much information as possible about claimable journeys to help us develop plans for the future use of our electric pool cars.
