This upgrade was planned for 2023 but unfortunately had to be delayed. After lots of work behind the scenes, we can now confirm that you'll soon be benefiting from the new, improved system.
The SAP upgrade will provide more options for managing and reporting data as well as being easier to use.
If you currently use Workplace to manage your personal data, time recording and annual leave, or Orderpoint to order and approve goods and services, you'll switch to using a new, user-friendly Fiori dashboard that will be accessible on PCs and mobile devices.
Line managers will be able to manage team members' leave and access reporting dashboards in Fiori with key HR information.
If you currently access SAP via the GUI launchpad to complete HR, finance or procurement (stores) activities you will continue to use this method.
