Users will not be able to access SAP system as follows:
- SAP OrderPoint users (shoppers and approvers) will not have access to OrderPoint from 5pm on Tuesday 26 March
- SAP Workplace or SAP Gui users will not have access to SAP from 4pm on Wednesday 27 March
- Any BW reports needed before the system is upgraded should be downloaded and saved by 4pm on Wednesday 27 March
The SAP system is scheduled to be available to all users again on Tuesday 2 April 2024.
Once live any technical issues should be logged on Halo to allow the support team to prioritise and respond appropriately.
As part of the upgrade, SAP Workplace and OrderPoint are being replaced with a new Fiori dashboard. A range of user guidance and tutorial videos are available on the Learning Centre to help you access, navigate and use the new Fiori dashboard:
Users that access SAP via SAP Gui will continue to access the system using this method.
