Stress Awareness Week - support and advice if you need it

This week is Stress Awareness Week and it's something that we've all probably been experiencing more of over the past 18 months.


We offer several ways to support all employees with their mental health:

The employee counselling service offers confidential support if you are experiencing personal or work-related problems.

Our Mental health first aiders are a team of trained colleagues who can provide reassurance and help to guide you to the support you need.

You can download the Thrive mental health app or watch one of their series of webinars.

The employee assistance programme offers free access to emotional and practical support.

The NHS has handy tips on coping with stress if things are starting to get on top of you, and a helpful mind plan that can help.
