Please remember to speak to your manager about flexible working arrangements and adapting working patterns if required. This might include changes to:
- working hours or days
- work location
- duties, for example where normal duties cannot be undertaken from home, alternative work that could be completed from home.
If leave is required following discussion regarding any flexible working arrangements, you will be expected to take a combination of paid and unpaid leave, considering current flexi and TOIL balances, annual leave, special leave paid (maximum of 5 days, pro rata for part time employees) and special leave unpaid (uncapped).
The interim changes to the flexi-time scheme remain in place and mean that the flexi bandwidth will apply from Monday to Sunday from 6am to 10pm. The aim of this is to allow us to continue to deliver and support priority services and enable you to balance personal and work commitments during this challenging time.
