Supporting women's wellbeing

Our Women’s Network is holding an online event on Wednesday 26 March in support of Women’s History Month.

The theme of the event is 'Looking after your wellbeing' and will be led by Kasia from Joined Up Care Derbyshire. Kasia is a holistic therapist specialising in mindfulness and self-care practices who also has a good understanding of the support and resources available to us.

The session will run from 1pm to 2pm.
