Team action planning sessions

As part of our employee engagement cycle we've asked line mangers to meet with their teams to review and update their team action plans before the end of January.

Your team action planning session is a vital part of the cycle that supports individual teams to make improvements in relation to ways of working, wellbeing and support. The aim is to agree as a team what your key priorities are for the next 3 months.

During the session your manager will also share the organisation engagement action plan that was agreed at the engagement forum in November so that you can see what the organisation has agreed to focus on and what is being prioritised.
