Then you might want to sign up to free training this summer to help you, your colleagues, friends and family stay safe in the sun and reduce your risk of skin cancer.

It’s part of the Colin Bloomfield Sun Safe Campaign, run by BBC Radio Derby where he was a presenter.

The station has teamed up with charity Skcin to offer the free online course.
