Thursday February 4th is national Time to Talk day. A chance to start a conversation about mental health and wellbeing.


Time to Talk Day is the day that we get the nation talking about mental health. This year’s event might look a little different, but at times like this open conversations about mental health are more important than ever.

This year’s focus is on the power of small, because however you have a conversation about mental health – whether it’s a quick text to a friend, a virtual coffee morning with colleagues, or a socially distanced walk and talk with your family – it has the power to make a big difference.

Colleagues have organised a virtual get together on Teams for anyone who wants a chat. You can drop-in between 12.30pm and 1.30pm on Thursday 4 February.
