Update on your department action plan

In preparation for our next employee survey, this week we are focusing on the department action plans and what progress has been made over this past year on the key issues that were raised in your department engagement forums.
As we mentioned last week, more than 300 people got involved to share their views and you will hear more on this from your department senior team this week.
If you’ve recently completed a team action plan, keep talking to your manager and team about the progress you’re making. If you haven’t had a chance yet to have this conversation about areas you can improve on within your team, it’s never too late to start!
