Updates to COVID-19 manager guidance

The COVID-19 HR advice for managers has now been updated to reflect the latest position on living with Covid.
Managers have been asked to familiarise themselves with the guidance and update their teams, but in summary, the key changes are:
- All Covid-related sickness absence will now be included in the attendance management process.
- If you are sick and unable to test to confirm COVID-19, you should record the absence closest to the symptoms you are experiencing.
