Updates to our constitution September 2023

An updated version of the constitution has been published which incorporates a number of amendments. 

The Code of Conduct for Employees has recently been reviewed and was approved by Council on 13 September 2023 and the following changes were also agreed:

• The recently approved Code of Conduct for Employees now incorporates the Ethics Statement and it was agreed that both these documents should be removed from the constitution.
• Decision-making regarding future amendments to the Code of Conduct for Employees would now be delegated to the Appointments and Conditions of Service Committee. The role and function of the Committee has now been amended to reflect this.
