Windows Hello offers a faster, more secure, and user-friendly way to sign in to your device using a PIN, facial recognition, or fingerprint authentication.
Windows Hello requires Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to be enabled on your account. If you have not yet set up MFA, please complete this step first before configuring Windows Hello. Check out our Learning Centre for more information on multi factor authorisation.
To set up Windows Hello simply search 'sign-in options' in the task bar follow the on-screen instructions under 'ways to sign in'. For further guidance please check out on Windows Hello at the Learning Centre.
Some features, such as facial and fingerprint recognition, are dependent on your device’s hardware and software so not every option will be available to everyone. However, PIN sign-in will be available to everyone.
