The session will cover women’s mental health suicide awareness to tie in with World Mental Health Day on 10 October.
Joined Up Care Derbyshire’s wellbeing team will talk about women’s mental health and there will also be a talk by Victoria Warford about her personal journey of mental health and suicide.
There will then be a chance for reflection and discussion if people wish to share their own experiences and thoughts.
The session will run from 3pm to 4pm. Everyone is welcome.
