Working arrangements survey coming soon

You may remember back in 2020 we sent out a survey asking for your feedback on how working arrangements were working for you. At the time we were in the middle of the pandemic and huge changes were happening to a large proportion of colleagues, many of whom were instructed to work from home, as per government guidelines at the time.
We’re now working with the trade unions to develop our policy on future working arrangements post-pandemic and in line with more modern, hybrid ways of working.
As an organisation, we need to take the best of what we experienced during the pandemic on things like increased employee flexibility and yet also ensure we are balancing this with the needs of our residents, partners, internal customers and how we work across teams. As part of this, we are keen to get some views on:
- what works for people now as individuals
- how it’s been working being part of a team and delivering a service
- what peoples’ thoughts are around future working arrangements
