Young onset dementia peer support group in Chesterfield

Do you work with a resident or know someone with young onset dementia? Please let them know about the support available through a dedicated peer group organised by the Alzheimer’s Society. This group offers a safe, welcoming space for individuals living with young onset dementia and their carers to share experiences, build connections, and access practical support.

• strengthen local support networks and promote wellbeing
