This year we’ve taken a fresh approach, and teamed up with WorkBuzz, an independent provider, to deliver our employee survey.
With local government reorganisation (LGR) ahead, your views are more important than ever. We want to hear from as many colleagues as possible, so that we can better understand your experiences and priorities during this period of change.
The survey opens on 1 September and runs through to 30 September. On 1 September, you'll receive an invitation to take part, either through a WorkBuzz email containing a unique survey link or via a generic link shared in your workplace, accompanied by a unique access code.
Your responses will be collected and managed by WorkBuzz and individual survey responses won’t be shared with us. Find out more about WorkBuzz’s confidentiality promise.
