Information and resources to support using workspaces at County Hall.


Our Modern Ways of Working programme has made great progress in re-organising our office spaces at County Hall so that they can be used to support service delivery in a more flexible way.

Before using offices at County Hall, there are a number of actions that line managers and individual employees must complete.

  • ensure any arrangement for employees that require medically prescribed equipment are in place
  • ensure all team members have completed Fire Awareness e-learning and DSE online assessment and guidance
  • read and understand personal emergency evacuation plan (PEEP) guidance (if relevant) and complete PEEPs where required
  • share a range of health and safety information with their team - see health and safety guidance for County Hall workspaces
