You can check the availability of the meeting rooms at the Hunloke Centre but all bookings must be made by contacting the location administrators.

Signing in
All visitors should report to reception where they will have to sign in. Caretaking or admin staff will unlock rooms. ID badges must be worn at all times.

Facilities
Supplies are not provided. There is a coffee lounge with vending machines for hot and cold drinks, and snacks. A portable boiler is available for hot drinks which can be requested over the telephone but supplies are not provided.
