You can check the availability of the meeting rooms at the Peter Webster Centre. All bookings must be made by contacting the local administrators.

Parking
No on-site parking.
Disability access

Facilities
Kitchenette facilities are available on site. Hot and cold water can be provided on request. Users must bring their own supplies.
Additional equipment
Flip charts and projectors screens are available on request but numbers are limited.
Additional information
The only meeting room available for all Derbyshire users is currently the Art Room. All other rooms are utilized exclusively by teams based on-site, due to service requirements. When booking the Art Room, priority will be given to staff based on-site.
Bookings will only be taken no more than 2 weeks in advance of the meeting.
Please let the location administrator know the required layout of the room and it will be arranged prior to the meeting if requested.
