Consultations

We're committed to engaging effectively with our residents, service users, and stakeholders. Here you can find key resources and guidance to help you create thoughtful and inclusive consultations.

It's important to gather insightful feedback and involve the community in our decision-making processes. That’s why we've developed a new Consultation Strategic Framework and Consultation Toolkit. These aim to guide you through every step of the consultation process and ensure best practices are followed.

A staff consultation portal is also being developed to make our consultation process more efficient. This portal will help staff plan and deliver consultations, making sure they're well-managed and effective.

If you're planning a consultation, contact your departmental lead and legal department at the very beginning of any planned consultation to make sure robust processes are developed for meaningful engagement, and help with planning and timescales.
