Internal orders

If you need to place an order with another department requesting them to carry out works or a service on your behalf, you'll need to complete an internal order form. Internal orders cannot be placed using OrderPoint.

Examples of internal orders are repair works to properties by the property services division, or asking the County Sign Shop to make you some signs.

The order form notes should be read before completing the form. If you need any more help to complete a form, please contact your departmental finance teams.

Forms should be emailed or posted to your usual departmental contacts.
