Your induction programme will be tailored to your role. If you’re a line manager, it’ll include extra content to support your leadership responsibilities.
Our goal is to give you the skills and knowledge you need to make a confident start in your new role.
You'll be enrolled on to the induction programme on Derbyshire Learning Online automatically when you start with us or move roles. By logging onto Derbyshire Learning Online you'll find the induction programme within your mandatory learning section, which will guide you through the required elements.
New starters will normally gain access to Derbyshire Learning Online within 48 hours of your start date.

ID badges
All staff should be issued with identity badges which must be worn when accessing our buildings.
If you're a new employee your manager will complete the ID badge request form as part of your induction.
