There are lots resources on the Joined Up Care Derbyshire website such as self-help for managing anxiety, sleep and dealing with loss. There is also a section with support for managers and leaders at this time.
If you feel that you need to speak to someone about how you are feeling then there are lots of options available.
Mental health first aiders
Our mental health first aiders are a team of trained colleagues who can provide reassurance and help guide you to the support you need. To speak to one of our mental health first aiders email email@example.com or call 01629 536969.
Derbyshire mental health support line
The Derbyshire mental health support line is for Derbyshire people of all ages who are experiencing increased mental health needs during this period.
Call 0300 790 0596 between 9am and midnight every day of the week.
If you, or anyone you know, is struggling with mental health then the Samaritans are on hand to speak to you at any time, day or night.

Working from home
If you are temporarily working from home, there is guidance available which covers tips on setting up your display screen equipment, your working environment, posture and overall wellbeing.
Health and safety
There are a number of health and safety policies in place to support your wellbeing at work including our management of stress policy and guidelines. You should be in regular contact with your line manager so please make them aware if you are suffering from stress and they will look to support you.
If you are working in the community you should now be aware of the personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements for your role. Please speak to your manager if you have any concerns.
