HR Services (previously known as the Shared Services Centre) staff are now working from home to ensure resilience and business continuity of recruitment and payroll services. As a result, please use email to communicate with the various teams wherever possible:

The Recruit systems continue to operate in the normal way and hard copy post is still being processed but currently takes longer than usual.  

During this critical time, recruitment and payroll remain a priority for HR Services.

Do you know someone whose work situation has changed due to the coronavirus pandemic?

We have vacancies available in direct care and we’re offering flexible working arrangements with long or short-term contracts which may suit someone you know during this unprecedented situation.

Care worker recruits will work as part of a team supporting people in their own homes or in one of our own care settings. Applicants don’t need previous experience as training will be given although this would be an advantage, particularly if people have worked in a caring profession previously.
