Wellbeing strategy

Our wellbeing strategy sets out our approach to managing and improving the wellbeing of all our employees.

Workplace wellbeing is known to have a positive impact on happiness, engagement, recruitment and productivity. Improving the wellbeing of employees will improve the wellbeing of their families and the wider communities we serve.

Our wellbeing strategy was updated and approved in November 2022 to ensure it reflects the wider and developing drivers of wellbeing.

It is based on the following 5 key pillars of wellbeing:

  • physical wellbeing
  • emotional wellbeing
  • financial wellbeing
  • social / moral wellbeing
  • digital wellbeing
