Wellbeing activities
We have wellbeing activities available for all our employees to book onto. A poster of the wellbeing timetable is also attached to this page.
The sessions are a combination of virtual and in-person activities run across the county including:
- fitness classes
- relaxation classes
- singing
- running clubs
- mental health support
- menopause support
There are also fun sessions including table tennis, laughtercise, board game sessions and even a drawing and doodling session. The programme is updated on a regular basis with new and interesting sessions, so why not have a look to see if there's anything you'd like to book onto?
You now need to input a password to access these sessions. The password is moon - all lower case.
Unfortunately, our employees are not able to attend any classes held in the Health and Wellbeing Hub at Chesterfield Royal Hospital.
