Free exercise sessions from Live Life Better Derbyshire

Our Live Life Better Derbyshire service is running a series of exercise sessions just for employees.

There are 6 sessions each week, covering different areas and abilities. They are all free to attend via Microsoft Teams. You can book onto the live session or watch the recording at a later date.

Before you can take part, you'll have to complete a screening form. Once you have been registered you will be sent a Teams invite for the session. Invites will be sent on a weekly basis either the evening before or on the morning of the session.

If you have previously completed the screening form and there has been no change to your health, please email llbd.physicalactivity@derbyshire.gov.uk to let us know the class you’d like to join.

If you have previously completed the screening form and now have a medical condition, you’re taking medication, or you have related concerns, please complete the screening form again and we will contact you if need be.

All our sessions are with fully qualified, experienced instructors.
