Our main focus is the development and delivery of leadership development, performance management, talent management and employee engagement requirements across the organisation, ensuring fit for purpose organisation development solutions are successfully delivered aligned to future needs and supporting the culture changeacross the organisation
Developing our leaders across our organisation, ensures they have the skills to engage, motivate and lead their teams to high performance. To enable this to happen we are leading on, and involved in, a number of different projects and key initiatives which include:
- Inspiring Leaders - a leadership development programme for all of our leaders across the council
- developing our performance management framework to support the development of a high performing culture
- leadership apprenticeships
- developing a blended approach to leadership skills training to support policies such as absence management
