Action at local level
You should have been involved in developing a local action plan with your manager to address some of the issues raised at a local level. This should be something personal to your team.
Remember to review them regularly throughout the year and ensure action is taken.
Action at organisation level
As part of our “You Said, We Did” campaign, we’ve been sharing regular updates on how we are listening and responding to your feedback at an organisational level.
We held focus groups with our volunteers engagement network to help identify activities to make positive improvements in the lowest 4 scoring areas of the survey. We’ve also shared your verbatim comments from the survey with subject matter experts from each theme area. They've reviewed these comments and have shared a video on how they're taking action. The survey will close at 5pm on Friday 30 January. Your feedback will help us understand what’s working and where we need to improve.
