Ad Hoc Mail
We have a secure system called Ad Hoc Mail which allows you to send letters to be printed and posted, either by uploading a PDF document, or sending Word documents. Letters can be sent from your PC or laptop when working in the office, at home, or any remote location.
This system significantly reduces the risk of data breaches as it’s a completely automated system. We have a lot of colleagues already using this service as it’s easy to use, quick, efficient, and highly effective. If you would like any training on this system, please email digital.print@derbyshire.gov.uk.
