Activity survey

As part of establishing our strategic approach to change and transformation across the council we need to understand the work that is currently underway in all parts of the organisation.

By getting real information on where we spend our time and which areas of work have our attention we can look at how that matches our strategic aims and design how we move forward and work as one council.

During November and December we are working with Price Waterhouse Cooper (PWC) to do an in-depth study into the activities underway across the organisation and to establish a council-wide approach to transformation. The first stage is to gather information on the work all colleagues do, known as activity analysis, to get an accurate picture of current activity.

It is really important that as many colleagues as possible complete the survey by Friday 11 December.

How to complete the survey

A link to the survey will be sent directly to all colleagues with a council email address from PWC. Please read the guide on how to complete the survey before you start. You can access the guidance when you click the survey link.

Your questions

This is obviously quite a new approach for the organisation and you may have questions about it. We’ve answered some on our activity analysis information page, but if you have other questions please talk to your manager or email: enterprising.council@derbyshire.gov.uk.
