Hybrid meeting roomsare also available at County Hall.
Elected members have priority over bookings for the committee rooms. Bookings for these rooms may be cancelled at short notice if the room is required by an elected member.
Please help us to make the best use of our resources by ensuring that any unwanted bookings are cancelled immediately.

Committee rooms, Members Room, Council Chamber and Civic Room
Food is not allowed in the Council Chamber or Civic Room. The Council Chamber is only available for elected member meetings.
Audiovisual system
The audiovisual system in the Council Chamber has been upgraded. As it has only recently been installed, we require you to undertake training on its operation before first use. If you would like to make use of the equipment, please contact Democratic Services, tel: 38263
