A safe space for employees and opportunities to network and connect
Groups provide a safe space for employees and opportunities to network, connect with others and attend events.
These networks complement a range of ways in which we engage and consult with employees. They are important in helping us to understand the needs and experiences of employees from minority communities and they feed into the development of employment policy and practice.
Any employee can join contact the employee network groups for confidential support, advice, signposting and for further information about meetings.
All networks run their own Teams channels where you can meet members and stay up to date with their plans and activities.
