Our employee networks have been established and run by our colleagues with a drive and a real commitment to bring people together with shared and different backgrounds and experiences.
Groups provide a safe space for employees and opportunities to network, connect with others and attend events.
These networks complement a range of ways in which we engage and consult with employees. They are important in helping us to understand the needs and experiences of employees from minority communities and they feed into the development of employment policy and practice.
Our networks are part of our equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) workforce workstream to help improve the diversity of our workforce and develop the skills and confidence of our employees. For information contact Lukasz Gazda, EDI manager on email@example.com
Any employee can join contact the employee network groups for confidential support, advice, signposting and for further information about meetings.
All networks run their own Teams channels where you can meet members and stay up to date with their plans and activities
