Remote Access Portal (RAP)
The remote access portal offers a limited number of resources that can be accessed from any device with internet access.
Employees accessing the remote portal
Employees can:
- access Mosaic
- access SAP OrderPoint
- reset your main log in password
You'll need a:
- smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer with internet access
- Derbyshire email address and password
- phone registered for multi-factor authentication
Employee's need to sign in with their Derbyshire email address and normal log in password.
Partners accessing the remote portal
Partners can:
- access Mosaic
- access SharePoint
- reset your password
You'll need a:
- Derbyshire partner log in account and password
- phone registered for multi-factor authentication
Partners need to sign in with their partner log in account and password.
Sign in to the remote access portal
Once you've entered your credentials you'll be prompted for a 6-digit verification, which will be sent to the phone that you've nominated to use for multi-factor authentication.
