The Women’s Network meet regularly to build a community and develop relationships that recognise, celebrate, and collectively advocate for opportunities which enable women to fulfil their potential. It has been set up to provide a safe space for female colleagues and those who identify as female to come together to talk, share ideas and develop.
A small group have formed a steering committee to get the network back on track. There are currently over 200 members and they would like to know if you want to stay in the network and if others would like to join. Please let us know and give us your thoughts on what topics you’d like to be included in the coming months by completing this short survey on the Women's Network.
To celebrate International Women’s day earlier this year, our Managing Director, Emma Alexander and some of our female directors joined the Women’s Network to share their career journeys and also give an open and honest account of their experiences as a woman in the workplace.
