Anxiety is a normal emotion, but sometimes it can get out of control and become a problem.
As a county council employee, there are several ways you can get support if you are affected by anxiety or any mental health condition. We have a network of Mental Health First Aiders who can guide you to the support you need, our in-house counselling service which offers confidential support and you can also get support through our employee assistance programme.
