It's Mental Health Awareness Week and this year the focus is on the actions you can take to improve your mental health.
Here are the Mental Health Foundation's top 10 actions:
- plan something to look forward to
- eat well
- get closer to nature
- sleep well
- get creative
- move regularly
- try mindfulness
- make time for friends
- be kind
- talk things over
