Our in-house counselling service offers confidential support and you can also get support through our employee assistance programme.

Joined Up Care Derbyshire's wellbeing team has several activities on their wellbeing timetable to help support you if you're feeling anxious, worried or stressed.

There's also the Let's Chat Derbyshire podcast which covers a wide range of topics including young people's mental health, neurodiversity, eating disorders, self-harm and suicidal thoughts.
